TO CAYUGA AND OSWEGO COUNTY STUDENTS WHO GRADUATE IN THE TOP 20% OF THEIR HIGH SCHOOL CLASS.
Jordan-Elbridge, Red Creek, Skaneateles, Tyburn Academy and Union Springs Academy students are also eligible.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
First-time college students ranked in the top 20% of their HS classes (based on academic performance) from ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ and Oswego Counties. Recipients must be full time and maintain a 3.0 GPA each semester to remain eligible. Students from Jordan-Elbridge, Red Creek, Skaneateles, Tyburn Academy and Union Springs Academy students are also eligible.

PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS. PRIORITY GIVEN TO APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BY APRIL 1:

AVAILABILITY
Given limited funds, eligible students may not receive an award.
AMOUNTS AWARDED
NYS resident tuition less Pell, Tap and other Foundation scholarships; books and fees not included; up to four semesters at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½. Incoming students who qualify as Presidential Scholars whose tuition and fees are fully funded by Pell and/or TAP are eligible to receive up to $500 per semester through the Presidential Scholar Program.
